
INGREDIENTS:
- Banana : 4 No’s
- Corn Flour : 50 grams
- Baking Powder : 2 grams
- Sugar Syrup : 400 ml
- Flour : 20 grams
- Oil : 100 ml
METHOD:
- Slice the Banana into length wise.
- Make a batter with Corn flour baking powder and sugar.
- Dip the banana in the batter and deep fry it, till it gets crispy.
- Dip into the sugar syrup.
Accompaniment with Ice-Cream.
