SCEWZHWAN VEG FRIED RICE

  1. Rice                            : 600 grams
  2. Red Chili Paste         : 20 grams
  3. Carrot                        : 80 grams
  4. Beans                         : 80 grams
  5. Oil                               : 50 ml
  6. Garlic                         : 25 grams
  7. Soy Sauce               : 2 ml
  8. Tomato Sauce         : 10 ml
  9. Spring Onion           : (For Garnish – ½ Bunch)
  10. Salt                             : 200 grams
  11. Pepper Powder      : 10 grams
  12. Agino Motto           : 5 grams      

  1. Wash and soak the rice for half an hour and boil it into 90%.
  2. Heat the oil, add finely chopped garlic and Saute it.
  3. Add red chili paste and boiled vegetables.
  4. Then add rice, soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, salt, agino motto, a pinch of sugar and adjust the seasoning.
  5. Mix well till all the ingredients are well cooked.
  6. Serve it Hot

Garnish with Spring Onions.
