BUN

  1. Flour              : 250 grams
  2. Yeast              : 25 grams
  3. Egg                 : 1 no
  4. Milk                : 125 grams
  5. Salt                 : Half Teaspoon
  6. Sugar             : 15 grams
  7. Fat                  : 10 grams
  8. Milk Powder            : 7 grams

Baking Temperature – 450 Degree Fahrenheit

Baking Time                            – 15 to 20 Minutes

  1. Sieve the flour to remove all the impurities.
  2. Add all other ingredients, make a gap in the centre of the flour and add all the dry ingredients, including water.
  3. Make a rough mixture; continue kneading for 15 to 20 minutes, till the proper dough is formed.
  4. Rest the dough for 1 hour.
  5. Give a Knock Back and rest it for 10 minutes.
  6. Divide and Mold it into a round shape and prove it for 20 minutes.
  7. Bake it into hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 Degree Fahrenheit.

BANANA TOFU

  1. Banana                      : 4 No’s
  2. Corn Flour                : 50 grams
  3. Baking Powder       : 2 grams
  4. Sugar Syrup             : 400 ml
  5. Flour                          : 20 grams
  6. Oil                               : 100 ml
  1. Slice the Banana into length wise.
  2. Make a batter with Corn flour baking powder and sugar.
  3. Dip the banana in the batter and deep fry it, till it gets crispy.
  4. Dip into the sugar syrup.

Accompaniment with Ice-Cream.
