
INGREDIENTS:
- Flour : 250 grams
- Yeast : 25 grams
- Egg : 1 no
- Milk : 125 grams
- Salt : Half Teaspoon
- Sugar : 15 grams
- Fat : 10 grams
- Milk Powder : 7 grams
Baking Temperature – 450 Degree Fahrenheit
Baking Time – 15 to 20 Minutes
METHOD:
- Sieve the flour to remove all the impurities.
- Add all other ingredients, make a gap in the centre of the flour and add all the dry ingredients, including water.
- Make a rough mixture; continue kneading for 15 to 20 minutes, till the proper dough is formed.
- Rest the dough for 1 hour.
- Give a Knock Back and rest it for 10 minutes.
- Divide and Mold it into a round shape and prove it for 20 minutes.
- Bake it into hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 Degree Fahrenheit.
