BREAD

  1. Flour  : 250 grams
  2. Salt     : 5 grams
  3. Sugar : 10 grams
  4. Fat      : 10 grams
  5. Yeast : 10 grams
  6. Water: 125 grams

Baking Temperature – 450 Degree Fahrenheit

Baking Time                            – 15 to 20 Minutes

  1. Sieve the flour to remove the impurities.
  2. Make a well in the centre and add all the ingredients.
  3. Add water and knead for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Covered it in a wet cloth, and leave it for 45 minutes.
  5. Give a knock back and divided into two, now make it into size.
  6. Bake at 450 Degree Fahrenheit in Oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve it Hot
