
INGREDIENTS:
- Flour : 250 grams
- Salt : 5 grams
- Sugar : 10 grams
- Fat : 10 grams
- Yeast : 10 grams
- Water: 125 grams
Baking Temperature – 450 Degree Fahrenheit
Baking Time – 15 to 20 Minutes
METHOD:
- Sieve the flour to remove the impurities.
- Make a well in the centre and add all the ingredients.
- Add water and knead for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Covered it in a wet cloth, and leave it for 45 minutes.
- Give a knock back and divided into two, now make it into size.
- Bake at 450 Degree Fahrenheit in Oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
