BREAD ROLLS

  1. Flour              : 250 grams
  2. Yeast              : 10 grams
  3. Salt                 : 5 grams
  4. Sugar             : 15 grams
  5. Water             : 125 ml
  6. Fat                  : 10 grams
  7. Egg                 : 1 no
  8. Milk Powder            : 7 grams

Baking Temperature – 400 Degree Fahrenheit

Baking Time                            – 15 to 20 Minutes

  1. Sieve the flour to remove the impurities.
  2. Assemble all the other ingredients.
  3. Make a width in the centre and add the dried ingredients including water.
  4. Make a rough mixture; continue kneading for 15 to 20 minutes till the proper dough is formed.
  5. Rest the dough for 1 hour then it increases double the size.
  6. Give a knock back and rest it for 10 minutes.
  7. Divided and mold into desire shape and roast it for 20 minutes are double in size.
  8. Bake it hot in an oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 Degree Fahrenheit.
