
INGREDIENTS:
- Flour : 250 grams
- Yeast : 10 grams
- Salt : 5 grams
- Sugar : 15 grams
- Water : 125 ml
- Fat : 10 grams
- Egg : 1 no
- Milk Powder : 7 grams
Baking Temperature – 400 Degree Fahrenheit
Baking Time – 15 to 20 Minutes
METHOD:
- Sieve the flour to remove the impurities.
- Assemble all the other ingredients.
- Make a width in the centre and add the dried ingredients including water.
- Make a rough mixture; continue kneading for 15 to 20 minutes till the proper dough is formed.
- Rest the dough for 1 hour then it increases double the size.
- Give a knock back and rest it for 10 minutes.
- Divided and mold into desire shape and roast it for 20 minutes are double in size.
- Bake it hot in an oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 Degree Fahrenheit.
