
INGREDIENTS:
- Rice : 600 grams
- Red Chili Paste : 20 grams
- Carrot : 80 grams
- Beans : 80 grams
- Oil : 50 ml
- Garlic : 25 grams
- Soy Sauce : 2 ml
- Tomato Sauce : 10 ml
- Spring Onion : (For Garnish – ½ Bunch)
- Salt : 200 grams
- Pepper Powder : 10 grams
- Agino Motto : 5 grams
METHOD:
- Wash and soak the rice for half an hour and boil it into 90%.
- Heat the oil, add finely chopped garlic and Saute it.
- Add red chili paste and boiled vegetables.
- Then add rice, soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, salt, agino motto, a pinch of sugar and adjust the seasoning.
- Mix well till all the ingredients are well cooked.
- Serve it Hot
Garnish with Spring Onions.
