BREAD

  1. Flour  : 250 grams
  2. Salt     : 5 grams
  3. Sugar : 10 grams
  4. Fat      : 10 grams
  5. Yeast : 10 grams
  6. Water: 125 grams

Baking Temperature – 450 Degree Fahrenheit

Baking Time                            – 15 to 20 Minutes

  1. Sieve the flour to remove the impurities.
  2. Make a well in the centre and add all the ingredients.
  3. Add water and knead for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Covered it in a wet cloth, and leave it for 45 minutes.
  5. Give a knock back and divided into two, now make it into size.
  6. Bake at 450 Degree Fahrenheit in Oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve it Hot

BREAD ROLLS

  1. Flour              : 250 grams
  2. Yeast              : 10 grams
  3. Salt                 : 5 grams
  4. Sugar             : 15 grams
  5. Water             : 125 ml
  6. Fat                  : 10 grams
  7. Egg                 : 1 no
  8. Milk Powder            : 7 grams

Baking Temperature – 400 Degree Fahrenheit

Baking Time                            – 15 to 20 Minutes

  1. Sieve the flour to remove the impurities.
  2. Assemble all the other ingredients.
  3. Make a width in the centre and add the dried ingredients including water.
  4. Make a rough mixture; continue kneading for 15 to 20 minutes till the proper dough is formed.
  5. Rest the dough for 1 hour then it increases double the size.
  6. Give a knock back and rest it for 10 minutes.
  7. Divided and mold into desire shape and roast it for 20 minutes are double in size.
  8. Bake it hot in an oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 Degree Fahrenheit.

Serve it Hot

BANANA TOFU

  1. Banana                      : 4 No’s
  2. Corn Flour                : 50 grams
  3. Baking Powder       : 2 grams
  4. Sugar Syrup             : 400 ml
  5. Flour                          : 20 grams
  6. Oil                               : 100 ml
  1. Slice the Banana into length wise.
  2. Make a batter with Corn flour baking powder and sugar.
  3. Dip the banana in the batter and deep fry it, till it gets crispy.
  4. Dip into the sugar syrup.

Accompaniment with Ice-Cream.

SWEET CORN SOUP

  1. Sweet Corn Cream Style  : 80 ml
  2. Cabbage        : 25 grams
  3. Carrot            : 25 grams
  4. Beans             : 25 grams
  5. Onion             : 25 grams
  6. Oil                   : 50 ml
  7. Garlic             : 5 grams
  8. Corn Flour    : 25 grams
  9. Salt                 : 25 grams
  10. Pepper          : 20 grams
  11. Agino Motto : 5 grams
  1.  Take a pan Saute the chopped garlic in the oil and heat it well.
  2. Add vegetable stock and stir it well.
  3. Then add Sweet Corn Cream and Check the seasoning.
  4. Thicken it up with Corn Flour.
  5. Serve it Hot.

Garnish with Spring Onion.

SCEWZHWAN VEG FRIED RICE

  1. Rice                            : 600 grams
  2. Red Chili Paste         : 20 grams
  3. Carrot                        : 80 grams
  4. Beans                         : 80 grams
  5. Oil                               : 50 ml
  6. Garlic                         : 25 grams
  7. Soy Sauce               : 2 ml
  8. Tomato Sauce         : 10 ml
  9. Spring Onion           : (For Garnish – ½ Bunch)
  10. Salt                             : 200 grams
  11. Pepper Powder      : 10 grams
  12. Agino Motto           : 5 grams      

  1. Wash and soak the rice for half an hour and boil it into 90%.
  2. Heat the oil, add finely chopped garlic and Saute it.
  3. Add red chili paste and boiled vegetables.
  4. Then add rice, soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, salt, agino motto, a pinch of sugar and adjust the seasoning.
  5. Mix well till all the ingredients are well cooked.
  6. Serve it Hot

Garnish with Spring Onions.
